You are exempt from the TOEFL provided you have completed an associate of arts or associate of science degree (college parallel degree) from a U.S. institution or completed acceptable transfer credit from a U.S. institution of the equivalent of Wayne State’s Basic Composition and Intermediate Composition requirements with a 2.0 grade-point average or higher.
